சிறகுகள் அமையத்தின் டிசெம்பர் மாத பயில்களம் 22.12.2019 காலை 9.00 மணிக்கு NCIT நிலைய மண்டபத்தில் இடம்பெற்றது. இதற்கான மண்டப அனுசரனையினை NCIT Business Incubation Center வழங்கியது
